Beads...........  worshiped and worn by nearly every segment of society for centuries, constructed
                             from so many materials ranging from seeds to pearls and precious stones and metals.  their
                             value has been coveted as a commodity as well as an adornment and their beauty deemed
                             timeless.    Often maligned in the  production of contemporary jewelry, they connect us to our
                             ancestors and  evoke a  sense of history and fascination with the past.
                                   
                             This Gallery is dedicated to the work I create using Polymer Clay Beads.  Because of its  lightweight
                              properties, strength and ability to take beautiful textures, Polymer Clay is a perfect medium for
                              the construction of beads.  Whether enhanced by metal or simply strung on a piece of ordinary
                              thread or elastic, they maintain an abiding appeal.  

                              My vision of what I want to create with beads is to give them a contemporary edge - creating dimension
                              with texture,  pattern and color,  providing a link with history while incorporating them into a respected
                              art form for today.
