GRACE STOKES DESIGNS is an exploration
and expression of a person who has always
been compelled to make things. . . . . . .

“I love to draw!   As a child, my fondest
memories were sitting with my Mom drawing
endlessly for hours – mostly floral designs
with petals that went on and on to infinity.”

To this day, many of my designs begin on
paper.   Nature is an endless reference for my
imagination.   An Avid flower gardener and
lover of animals, the glorious natural forms
and complex animal patterns never cease to
be an inspiration.

Designing and making jewelry is the perfect
vehicle to express my love of form, texture
and line.   It allows me to lift all those drawings
off the paper and make them dance!”

There is a great deal of joy and pain in the
creative process – ultimately the joy triumphs
when I look at the finished piece and see how
much I have grown in the process.
